It accomplishes this via a two prong approach;

ACADEMIC COMPONENT:
Management Development Programme
at University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business

COACHING / MENTORING:
Individual support by retired school principals
with a track record of success as heads of high performing schools.

Nurturing schools to excellence 

SEPTEMBER 2018

The staff at Catalyst recently held a pencil drive where we were able to fill a large box full of pencils.  Bruce Probyn,  from The Principals Academy distributed them to a school in Gugletu where the students are in dire need of stationery.
